The Classic
Let The Picnic Lady plan a beautiful, classic picnic for you. You choose where you want to have it, a park, beach or your own backyard. This two hour package includes a rug, table(s), pillows for seating, blankets, decor, dinnerware, napkins, glasses, cutlery, ice bucket, picnic games and welcome sign. Food & beverages can be added for an additional cost.

It’s A Date
This is perfect for the couple who wants a romantic date, celebrating an anniversary/birthday, or even planning a proposal. A picnic is the perfect way to spend time together and make special memories. This 2 hour package includes a rug, table, pillows for seating, blankets, decor, dinnerware, napkins, glasses, cutlery, ice bucket with ice, beverages, charcuterie board and dessert board for two. 2 people | Starting at $495
PACKAGE THREE
A Social Affair
Whether it’s a celebration or just a gathering of friends, let The Picnic Lady take care of all your picnic party needs. This 3+ hour package is for larger groups (12+ ppl) and longer celebrations. It includes a rug, table(s), pillows for seating, blankets, decor, dinnerware, napkins, glasses, cutlery, ice bucket, If you want to customize the package please contact us. 12 people | Starting at $700
HOW IT WORKS
Day of Event
The day of your event you will come at your scheduled start time, upon your arrival, I will greet you and then leave you to enjoy your picnic for the agreed reserved time. As your picnic comes to an end, we will arrive to clean up. If you need to leave earlier than your scheduled end time you must notify us so the picnic is not left unattended. No refunds will be issued for early departures.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that things may come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your picnic, if this is the case, please give us 72 hours notice. Any cancellations or reschedule requests received less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. There is no fee for rescheduling. If you arrive late, we are unable to adjust the end time accordingly and it will remain as previously agreed upon. No adjustments or refunds will be issued due to late arrivals. If you arrive 30 mins late for your picnic it is considered a cancelation/no show and no refund will be issued.
WEATHER ISSUES
What if it rains?
If the weather is bad or it rains the day of your event, we are happy to reschedule it for another day. If the event is scheduled to take place in your backyard, we can move the set up into your home if needed and space permitted. There is no fee for rescheduling.
FOOD, BEVERAGES, & ALCOHOL
What’s Included?
We offer charcuterie boards and dessert platters as add on’s to all of our packages. In addition, we also offer beverages such as water, sparkling water, iced tea, and lemonade. You are always welcome to bring your own food/drinks as well though.
The Picnic Lady does not sell or supply alcohol. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol but it is the client’s responsibility to make sure they are following all state and city laws when consuming alcohol in public location. The Picnic Lady is not responsible for any repercussions from authorities, and full responsibility falls on the client.
HOW DO YOU KEEP THINGS CLEAN?
Committed to Cleanliness
After each event our set up is sanitized and all fabric items are washed and cleaned. All dinnerware, glassware and utensils are also washed and sanitized.
We also ask that you remove your shoes when enjoying your picnic to help keep our area as clean as possible. A basket is provided for you to place your shoes in.
We please also ask that there is no smoking while on our picnic set up. This will also help to make sure our items remain smoke free and no burns or damages occur. Please, no pets or animals are allowed on picnic set up as well.
DAMAGES & FEES
Who is responsible?
We ask that you do not leave our picnic set up or your personal belongings unattended. The Picnic Lady is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. The client is responsible for our picnic items during their event, if anything is lost, stolen, or damaged the $50 fee will not be refunded. We charge a $50 damage fee for every event. After each picnic we inspect all items for damage, tears/rips, stains, if everything is in good condition you will be refunded the fee within 24 hrs of your picnic. If any damages are found the fee will not be refunded. Additional fees may apply for travel, picnics outside regular business hours, or beach locations.
WHERE CAN I HAVE MY PICNIC?
Locations Available
It’s very easy. You choose a park, beach or your very own backyard to have your picnic and The Picnic Lady handles the rest. We bring everything you will need to you. Please keep in mind that not all state/town parks allow picnics so please check this first before selecting a location. Not all parks may have restrooms available either, so this may also be something you consider when choosing your picnic location. Having a picnic at home is not only convenient but also eliminates a lot of restrictions that public locations may have. It is also a great way to get together with loved ones and friends during these difficult times with Covid-19. If you have a location in mind that is not listed above please contact us and we will try to accommodate you the best we can. There is an additional travel fee for events more than 10 miles from Bayport, NY. Please contact us to discuss further details.
